Useless. Was able to log in once and then never again, keeps giving errors after 2FA. When I was able to log in, viewing my insurance card didn't work at all, which is... a big reason why I want this app on my phone, in case I don't have my card with me but I need the number. Hope things get fixed soon, I wish big companies like this actually made usable apps but alas.

Every time I try to view my claims information, the app crashes. This happened on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and it is happening on the Note 9 too. This means the app is basically useless to me. I tried to email the developer about it, but got back a delivery failure notice, because apparently the email address given on this page does not exist!

Has nothing but 1 star reviews but i still tried it. It's junk. Downloaded it, put in my info, click continue, sends me the email verification, i enter the code and it fails. I get a black horizontal capsule saying it failed and to try again later. I've tried 5 times today and repeats same... failing/try again later.
