What if I am a DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) enrollee?
Pregnant DACA members will move to Medicaid. Non-pregnant DACA members will no longer qualify for NY State of Health coverage unless they qualify for Medicaid by income. Contact us at 1-888-264-4509 (TTY 711) for help checking eligibility.
What if I am pregnant and have a Postpartum Save Date (PPSD)?
NY State of Health will keep your Essential Plan coverage. Coverage lasts through the end of your PPSD, if your due date is within 6 months. You may still choose to switch to Medicaid.
